Since I last communicated with you, I have drastically revised my website, www.charleshmartin.com and www.every1sguide.com. It now includes a video introduction, and links to four free video lessons on “What Makes a Contract?”, “Contract Form Requirements and Electronic Contracts”, “Contract Breach, Remedies and Defenses”, and “International Contracts”.
The new website also includes links to free PDFs of my “Top 9 Web Sites” for U.S. and for International Contract Law, and a free PDF of my updated Free Legal and Consumer Resource Links web page of useful online resources for help with consumer, business and international contracts, and other legal issues.
As current subscribers to my email newsletter, you have access to all my website pages with the password. If you provide your email again to get a video or PDF, I will be sure to scrub my mailing list for duplicates.
EVERY1’S GUIDE TO ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS IS NOW ON iBOOKS AND IN PRINT WITH AMAZON CREATESPACE
My book, Every1’s Guide to Electronic Contracts, is now available in iBooks and in print (next week) from Amazon CreateSpace, as well as in Amazon Kindle ebook form.
VOTE FOR MY SXSW 2015 INTERACTIVE PANEL PROPOSAL!
Last Spring, I attended SXSW Interactive in Austin, Texas. It was a whirlwind of techies, marketers, filmmakers, musicians and other artists. I gained valuable information for my book projects. I have proposed a 2015 SXSW Interactive panel “How to Make Good Website, Text, and Email Contracts”. (Click on this link or the link on my website pages to go to the SXSW “Panel Picker” voting site.)
Public voting for proposed panels is open until September 5, 2014, even if you will not attend SXSW. All that is required is to create a SXSW log-in, search for my proposal by title, and give it a “thumbs-up”. If you want to add a comment, you can log-in with social media or Disqus. If I am selected to present a panel, I will have a link for you of any related video next year.
Meanwhile, look for new articles, posts, videos and games in the coming weeks and months, as I shift back to author-teacher mode from the webmaster mode I have been in for the past six months!
